The refund for tickets purchased on mmdm.ru is made automatically to the bank card from which the payment was proceeded no later than 10 days from the date of the cancelled event.
For refund of tickets purchased at the box office of the Moscow International Performing Arts Centre it is required to submit an application to the box office no later than 10 days from the date of the cancelled event.
For refund of tickets purchased on the sites of MIPAC’s partners (ticket agencies) please contact the ticket agency that sold the ticket.
