The ballet Romeo and Juliet to the music by Sergey Prokofiev is one of the most successful productions of the “Crown of the Russian Ballet” Theatre. Using the full palette of colours of classical dance the artists convey all the nuances of joy and sadness, revealing the main conflict of the tragedy, the clash of the young heroes' innocent love with the enmity of the Montecchi and Capuleti families.
